Exploring Crete. From Heraklion to Preveli beach.

Preveli is located about 35km south of Rethymno and 110km from Heraklion. The beach of Preveli, also known as Lake Preveli or Phoenix, is located at the exit of the imposing Kourtaliotikos Gorge, where the Grand Today together with my riding friends i am riding from Heraklion to Preveli beach.

 

Isle of Man TT .Κατάργηση πίνακα αποτελεσμάτων.

Δυστυχώς, τα νέα είναι ότι ο πίνακας αποτελεσμάτων του Isle of Man TT πρόκειται να καταργηθεί μετά από περισσότερα από 100 χρόνια.

 Πιθανώς ένας από τους τελευταίους προ-ψηφιακούς πίνακες βαθμολογίας του αθλητισμού - που τον λειτουργούσε ο Boy Scouts ζωγραφίζοντας χρόνους γύρου σε μαύρες σανίδες και τοποθετώντας τους στη θέση του - θα αποσυναρμολογηθεί την επόμενη εβδομάδα
 

Exploring Crete. The Kourtaliotiko Gorge.

The Kourtaliotiko Gorge (Κουρταλιώτικο Φαράγγι), also known as the Asomatos Gorge Φαράγγι Ασώματου), is a gorge on the southern side of the western part of the island of Crete. It is situated where the Kourtaliotiko River flows southwards between the mountains of Kouroupa and Xiron.
