4K recording with a GoPro

4K resolution, also called 4K, refers to a horizontal display resolution of approximately 4,000 pixels. It has become slowly a standard even in action cameras which include (most of them) a 4K resolution record possibility.

I own a GoPro Hero 5 Session. Usually i prefer to record in HD mode. This has not to do with the capacity of my storage device (i use a 64 gb miniSD) but with the fact that for YouTube uploading HD is fine and enough for most viewers.

Elounda 2 Neapoli

Elounda 2 Neapoli is a very interesting route. You can discover the wild Cretan landscape and at the same time reach one of the most famous Cretan cities of Neapoli.

The route is very easy to follow. You will need about 25 minutes’ drive.

During summer time is a route well known from the visitors of the island. You can visit some very interesting Greek traditional villages like Fourni.

Winter time

Plaka is a very small village near Elounda. It is famous for its 5 star Hotels and the fact that you can enjoy your fresh fish while seeing the famous island of Spinaloga. It attracts a lot of visitors during summertime. You will need less than 10 minutes to get there from Elounda.

Be prepared to enjoy the crystal clean blue waters and the fresh fish of course.But how is Plaka during winter time?
