Back door

Riding in Crete is fun . To many places you can visit, nice weather, different things you can do in the island. My most common route is driving form Heraklion to Gouves area, back and forth . A very busy road , especially during summer time because of the tourists that are visiting the area.

You can either use the New National Road or the Old one. The Old one drives you alongside the beach, and so you have the opportunity to swim in one of the beaches that are located here.
For me the New National Road is the choice since i prefer the most fast way.But some days i am in  a "slow mood". So i use the Old National Road. In one of my videos i have already presented how this ride is.You can check it here.

For my recordings i use a small GoPro Hero 5 Session which very flexible.I had the idea to record the same route (form Gouves to Heraklion), but this time filming backwards.Very easy to set it up with the GoPro.The weather, during the recording, was...lets say "British" with some light rain . Actually you can hear and see the rain drops in the video.
